Everything that governs using this platform
All of it in plain words where we can manage it, and linked in full where we cannot. Bentonville Digital LLC is the company behind DriverRuns, DriverEats and DriverPOS.
- Terms of service
What you agree to by using the site, and what we agree to in return.
- Privacy
What we hold about you, why, how long for, and how to make us delete it.
- Refunds
What happens when an order goes wrong, and who pays for it.
- Cookies
What is stored in your browser and what each one is for.
- Menu policy
Where restaurant menus come from, why an unclaimed business shows a no-affiliation notice, and how a business asks us to take theirs down.
- Independent contractor agreement
The agreement every shopper signs before taking a run — what they control, what they are paid, and what the platform may never do. Public on purpose, so it can be read before applying and re-read afterwards.
Current version: 2026-08-28.2
- DriverPOS software terms
The agreement between a business and us for the register, the storefront and the stock ledger. Separate from the consumer terms on purpose: a different counterparty, and the only money path here that runs towards us rather than through us.
- Accessibility
What is checked on every build, what we know is not right yet — no screen reader audit, no review of the phone apps — and where to write if something here is stopping you. A report rather than a commitment, because a commitment with nothing behind it is a paragraph.
- Copyright and takedowns
How to tell us something published here is yours. A restaurant menu has a faster route at /menu-policy that needs no account and no proof — this covers everything else: photographs, storefront copy, icons, reviews.
