What this register refuses to do
No ticket reaches the bar without a complete, unambiguous cup spec. Every required dimension is resolved before it rings — by a tap or by an explicit default — and the ticket states the answer.
What it tells you
Rush peaks by the minute, espresso and warm-station saturation, and the attach economics of what actually goes out with a drink.
